Do gift certificates expire?
Never. The Modern Maid gift certificates have no expiration date. The recipient can use them when the time is right — there's no pressure.
Can I choose any dollar amount?
Yes — order online above for any amount, or call us at (740) 272-0017 and we'll tailor it to your budget and the recipient's needs.
Can I send it by email or do I need to mail it?
Either works. Select your preference in the form — we can email a digital certificate or mail a physical one. Your choice at time of order.
Can the recipient use it for any service?
Yes — it can apply to any service we offer: standard cleaning, deep clean, move-out, or elder care. The recipient books directly and applies the certificate at scheduling.
What if the service costs more than the certificate value?
The recipient pays the difference. If the service costs less, the remaining balance stays on their account — it never disappears.
Can I buy a gift certificate for someone outside Delaware County?
Our service area is Delaware County and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether the recipient is in our area, give us a call and we'll confirm before you purchase.
