What you're actually paying for
Are these prices firm or just estimates?
These are starting prices based on home size. Final pricing depends on your home's actual condition — we'll give you an exact quote before we start. No surprises.
What's included in the base price?
Kitchen, bathrooms, all bedrooms and living areas, floors, dusting, and trash removal. The base clean covers everything a routine maintenance clean should cover. Add-ons are charged separately.
Are there hidden fees?
None. You see the price before we start. If anything changes scope-wise — like a particularly heavy clean — we discuss it with you first. Nothing gets added without your knowledge.
Can I pause or cancel my recurring service?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled clean and we'll adjust your service. Life happens; we get it.
Does the price change if my home is messier than usual?
For significantly dirtier homes — think extended vacancy or post-renovation — we may recommend starting with a deep clean, which is priced separately. We'll always discuss this before proceeding.
Do you offer a discount for the first clean?
We don't run promotions, but recurring service plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) include built-in savings of 10–20% compared to one-time pricing. The more consistently you book, the more you save.
