Our pricing isn't a guessing game and it isn't a flat menu. It's a short conversation about your home — so the quote you get is the price you pay.

  1. Size of the home

    Bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage all change how long a clean takes. A two-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom family home aren't the same job.

  2. How often

    Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a one-time deep clean. Recurring visits stay ahead of the dirt, which keeps the price lower per visit. One-time work is its own thing.

  3. Condition of the home

    We use a simple system to gauge how lived-in a home is. A maintenance clean is different work than catching up after a busy season or moving out. We talk through it so the price reflects the job.

  4. Access and safety

    Delaware County only. We ask up front about parking, stairs, pets, smoke, mold, and anything else that affects how our team needs to show up. It keeps the price honest and the cleaner safe.

What you're actually paying for.

Why don't you show prices on the website?

Because every home is different. Posting flat prices would mean quoting your home before we've heard anything about it — that's how people get hit with surprise charges at the door. We'd rather take a couple minutes to understand your space and give you a real number that doesn't change.

What's included in a standard clean?

Kitchen, bathrooms, all bedrooms and living areas, floors, dusting, and trash removal. The base clean covers everything a routine maintenance clean should. Add-ons like inside-the-oven or fridge are folded in separately if you ask for them.

Are recurring cleans cheaper?

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules each carry a lower per-visit rate than one-time work — because we get to know your home over time and stay ahead of the dirt. Your quote will lay out both options if you're undecided.

Will the price change after you start?

No — not without a conversation first. If we walk in and the scope is meaningfully different than what we discussed, we stop and talk it through with you. Nothing gets added to your bill without your say-so.

Can I pause or cancel my recurring service?

Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled clean and we'll adjust. Life happens.

Why do you ask about pets, smoke, and safety stuff?

Two reasons. One, it changes how long the job takes and what supplies the team brings. Two, our cleaners are real people walking into your home — they deserve to know what they're walking into. Honest answers up front mean a better experience for everyone.
