How long does a residential clean take?
Most homes take 2–3 hours depending on size and how lived-in things are. We'll give you a tighter estimate after we hear about your space.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Most clients aren't — that's the whole point. Arrange a key dropoff, garage code, or lockbox and come back to a spotless home.
Can I request the same cleaner every time?
We assign the same familiar tech whenever possible — that's our goal, outside of holidays, vacations, and sick days. Consistency is part of the point: they learn your home, your preferences, and your pets.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring everything — the majority of our products are non-toxic and safe for kids, pets, and anyone with sensitivities.
What's the difference between weekly and bi-weekly?
Weekly stays ahead of daily life and costs the least per visit. Bi-weekly is the sweet spot for most two-person households. Both cost less per visit than every-so-often work.
Can I add extras like inside-the-oven on a recurring visit?
Absolutely. Mention any add-ons when you book, or just text the office before the next visit. We'll fold the cost into your quote.
Will the team work around my pets or kids being home?
Yes — we're used to both. Tell us about any pets or kids on the intake form so the team comes prepared. Anxious animals can be secured before we arrive.
